Talent Age Associates is pleased to announce the placement of Wei Yuan as Chief Representative of the China Sustainable Energy Program at The Energy Foundation in Beijing. The Energy Foundation is a partnership of major donors interested in solving the world’s energy problems. The foundation’s geographic focus is on the US and China, the largest and fastest growing energy markets in the world.
Talent Age Associates (TAA) was retained by The Energy Foundation to conduct a search for Chief Representative for their China Sustainable Energy Program (CSEP). This position would lead the organization’s development and provide strong support to the Senior Vice President/CSEP Director to ensure that the program can grow in a manner that preserves its core strengths and increases the power of its investments. The position would also manage China’s program strategy development, cross-program collaboration, and be responsible for overall operations in the Beijing office. The Chief Representative will report to the Senior Vice President/Director of China Programs in the San Francisco office and work closely with the Deputy Director and program staff in the Beijing office.
